Danette Conley is a seasoned organizational development expert and strategic business partner with extensive experience in helping leaders unlock their full potential in both corporate and manufacturing environments.

Danette currently serves as the Director of Employee Development at Incyte, a global biopharmaceutical company of more than 2,500 employees based in Wilmington.  In this role, Danette leads training and leadership programs that drive organizational excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Her career spans diverse roles at leading global organizations such as Merck and Albemarle Corp., where she leveraged her expertise in leadership development, global project management, strategic planning and change management.

Danette holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and several professional certifications including PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt. She is a member of the Delaware Children and Families First Head Start Advisory Committee, a member of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Board of Directors for the Association of Manufacturing Excellence and is the VP of the University of Delaware Spirit Alumni Board.

For over 30 years, Lee Ann Wilkinson has been at the top of the real estate world focusing on bringing buyers and sellers together throughout Coastal Delaware. After obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Delaware, Lee Ann returned home to Lewes and decided to join the family real estate business (now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/PenFed Realty). Upon the completion of her first real estate sale, Lee Ann realized that matching buyers with homes was something that she truly enjoyed and for which she possessed a unique talent.

She now leads a team of 24 staff and agents who make up The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. The Lee Ann Group consistently ranks as the #1 sales team in Delaware and is #1 in the Nation for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.   

Lee Ann spends as much time working for her community as she does at the closing table.  Whether the cause is fighting to end the opioid crisis or raising funds to save our forests, Lee Ann is well known for tireless efforts to support her community.  She sits on the board of the Greater Lewes Foundation and several other organizations where she commits her limited free time to the betterment of our great community.
